Q:hey idk if you answered this before, but i am a plus sized girl and i was wondering if you had any recommendations for me to buy clothes, cause the only place i really like is f21, cause they have my size and i'm just looking to expand my horizons
i googled “tumblr plus sized list” i can’t find the other masterpost i had in my tags sorry but i think that’s a lot..
For v all my black beautiful women with curves valleys and peaks.
Q:OK, so how do you skin TONE? Cause I wanna even mine out, but I don't wanna get lighter. What do you use? I've always been so jealous of YOUR pretty ass skin! LOL
LOL I found that Aveeno’s skin products are the truth. When I caught chicken pox in 10th grade, it completely ruined my face with scars, however, my really bad acne calmed down afterward, imagine that.
Anyway, I used Aveeno products to soothe the chicken pox, and then I used their body wash in boot camp and my skin was always so soft, os I decided to just stick with them.
Their “Positively Bright” skincare collection is excellent. Within a few weeks I saw the difference. My skin was clearer, more even, and I had that glowy-dewy look I always wanted. I wish they’d make a body wash with that. But I find it’s most effective if you use all the collect (face exfoliation scrub, face wash, AND the moisturizer). Even for make-up remover they have wipes in that collection so when I take my make-up off I use those. And instead of scrubbing, I use the cleansing wash which is REALLY gentle on the skin and removes any make-up I may have missed.
I combine this with Cetaphil on my break-out days for a deep cleaning. :D
That’s literally it. LOL. I did try that Nadinola stuff for my hyperpigmentation but it smells horribly medicated and throws off my flowery, fresh-face aesthetic. It does work, though. I used it for the hyperpigmentation on my chin and neck.
